In this life we are called to be the living representations of Jesus Christ. In everything we do, whether we are at work or at home or having fun; we are the called to be the hands of Christ in the earth.
There was a song sang by white heart called "We are His hands." I think it speaks volumes to our call as followers of Jesus. We are called to do more than consider "what would Jesus do?" We are call to do what Jesus would do.
No longer can we sit comfortably in our pews and call it doing the work of the Church. For the work of the Church is outside the walls. We are to be the visible manifestations of Jesus in the earth!!!
We can either be the hands that hold the nails and hammer or we can be the hands that hold those who need a touch of the Masters hand.
