How many times do we say Peace on Earth during
the holiday season and then peruse the complete opposite??
How many times do we see the oppression of victims or the bullying of those who are different from us only to put our foot on their necks as well or far worse keep silent as we watch a fellow human being suffer??
Using the name of Christ to bully or oppress another is an
atrocity against everything Christ ever lived or died for!
If we are going to call ourselves Christian than we MUST be His voice and speak for those who cannot speak. We MUST be His hands and heal those who are hurting.
I don't think it is an accident that on the day when the majority of the world pauses to celebrate Jesus there is peace on earth..... Wonder what our world would be like if everyone celebrated God's Love every day???
